摘要
劳动教育是新时代党和国家对教育的新要求。劳动教育有效实施的重要保障是按照政策导向和现实需求建构劳动教育课程体系,创新性地组织实施。但在实施过程中,却存在政策理解不到位、目标认识不到位、出现“有教育无劳动”“有劳动无教育”的现象、缺乏劳动教育评价机制等问题,劳动教育存在被淡化、窄化、弱化、形式化等现象。从课程目标、课程内容、课程实施、课程评价等方面,基于学校自身优势与课程资源,建构核心素养下的劳动教育课程体系,切实发挥劳动教育的独特育人作用。
Labor education is the new requirement of the Party and the country in the new era.The important guarantee for the effective implementation of labor education is to construct the curriculum system of labor education according to the policy orientation and practical needs,and organize its implementation innovatively.However,in the implementation of labor education,the insufficient understanding of policies and goals comes out,and the issues such as the phenomenon of“education without labor”,“labor without education”,the lack of labor education evaluation mechanism turn out,therefore labor education is diluted,narrowed,weakened,and formalized.Based on schools’own advantages and curriculum resources,from the aspects of curriculum objective,content,implementation,and evaluation,etc.,the curriculum system of labor education under the core literacy is constructed,and the unique role of labor education in educating people is effectively brought into play.
