塞拉利昂精粉替代巴西IOC6粉及毛塔粉的配矿研究

摘要 本文针对柳钢烧结提铁降硅的实际需求,以当前柳钢烧结配矿结构为基础,通过固定其他烧结原料配比,采用塞拉利昂精粉替代部分巴西IOC6粉及毛塔粉进行配矿烧结杯实验,探究不同替代比例的塞拉利昂精粉对烧结矿品位、成品率、转鼓强度、固体燃耗、还原性能的影响。结果表明:塞拉利昂精粉参与烧结过程能有效实现烧结矿提铁降硅的需求,但低水平的替代比例对烧结矿各项指标影响不显著,随替代比例上升,烧结矿成品率、固体燃耗、还原性能逐渐改善。 Due to the demand for iron and silicon reduction in sintering of Liuzhou Iron and Steel,based on the current sintering ore blending structure of Liuzhou Iron and Steel,by fixing the ratio of other sintering raw materials,using Sierra Leone iron fine powder to replace part of Brazil IOC6 iron ore and Maotta iron ore for sintering cup test,Explore the effects of different replacement ratios of Sierra Leone iron powder on sinter grade,yield,drum strength,solid fuel consumption,and reduction performance.The results show that the participation of Sierra Leone fine iron powder in the sintering process can effectively achieve the demand for increasing the iron content of the sinter and decreasing the silicon content.,but the low-level replacement ratio has no significant impact on the various indicators of sinter.As the replacement ratio increases,the yield of sintered ore,solid fuel consumption,and reduction performance are gradually improved.
