摘要
本文对生箔机的结构改造和电解工艺参数进行试验,结果表明,电解液流向采用上进液方式,在无需加入添加剂的条件下,在铜浓度90 g/L、酸浓度90 g/L、温度55℃、溶液流速1.0 m/s的情况下,所生产的6μm双面光电解铜箔常温抗拉强度为42 KGF/mm^(2),伸长率为6%,铜箔毛面粗糙度Rz值为1.5μm,性能稳定,能满足锂电铜箔的使用要求。
In this paper,the structural transformation of the growing foil machine and electrolytic process parameters were tested,the test results show that the flow of electrolyte is in the way of upward liquid,under the condition of no additives,copper concentration of 90g/L,acid concentration of 90g/L,temperature 55℃,solution flow rate of 1.0m/s,The tensile strength of 6-micron double-sided photo electrolysis copper foil is 42KGF/mm^(2) at room temperature,the elongation is 6%,and the roughness Rz value of copper foil is 1.5 micron.The performance is stable and can meet the requirements of lithium copper foil.
