摘要 本文介绍了柳钢热轧板带厂2032轧线实施的热轧板带加热炉热装率提升及其应用效果。针对设备、系统、工艺和工序联系进行了一系列的改进优化,通过生产进度优化、减少收料影响、计划编排优化、库房堆放调整和奖励考核制度试行,实现标准化、高效化的生产,不仅提升了热轧板带加热炉热装率,同时极大的提高了小时产量及降低了吨钢煤气消耗。应用效果表明,2020年至2021年间,热装率从79.02%提升至83.53%,吨钢煤气消耗从59.45m^(3)/t降低至59.16m^(3)/t,碳排放减少810t。 This paper introduces the improvement of hot charging rate of hot strip heating furnace implemented in 2032 rolling line of hot strip plant of Liugang and its application effect.A series of improvements and optimizations have been carried out for the connection of equipment,system,process and process.Standardized and efficient production has been realized by controlling the production rhythm,reducing the impact of receiving materials,optimizing the arrangement of plans,adjusting the stacking of warehouses and experimenting with the reward and assessment system,which not only improves the hot charging rate of hot rolling strip heating furnace,At the same time,it greatly improves the hourly output and reduces the gas consumption per ton of steel.The application results show that from 2020 to 2021,the hot charging rate will increase from 79.02%to 83.53%,and the gas consumption per ton of steel will increase from 59.45m^(3)/Tons reduced to 59.16m^(3)/Tons,reducing carbon emissions by 810 tons.
