基于CNKI近10年宫颈癌病人心理状态领域研究的可视化分析

Visualization analysis based on CNKI research in the field of mental state of cervical cancer patients in recent 10 years

目的:分析近10年宫颈癌病人心理状态领域相关研究的现状、热点、趋势。方法:检索中国知网,检索时间设置为2011年-2021年,纳入所有中文发表的宫颈癌病人心理状态领域相关研究,并采用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件绘制可视化图谱。对文献的年度发文量、作者及机构分布、热点和前沿进行分析。结果:共提取文献2062篇,发文量呈增长-稳定-下降趋势。作者之间和研究机构之间的合作较少。研究热点为宫颈癌护理及生活质量;睡眠质量、人文关怀为该领域研究前沿。结论:应密切关注宫颈癌病人心理变化情况及其对生活质量、睡眠质量的影响,给予病人人文关怀及心理疏导,增强病人战胜疾病的信心。应加强多方合作,开展高质量的研究,为改善宫颈癌病人心理状态提供理论依据。

Objective:To analyze the status quo,hot spots and trend of the related researches in the field of psychological state of patients with cervical cancer in recent 10 years.Methods:The search time was set from 2011 to 2021 on CNKI database,and all relevant Chinese papers on the psychological state of cervical cancer patients published were included.CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was used to draw the visualization map.The annual number of publications,the distribution of authors and institutions,the hot spots and frontiers of the literature were analyzed.Results:A total of 2062 articles were extracted,and the number of published articles showed an increasing-stable-decreasing trend.There was less collaboration among authors and among research institutions.The research focus was cervical cancer nursing and quality of life,and the quality of sleep and humanistic care were the research frontiers in this field.Conclusions:We should pay close attention to the psychological changes of patients with cervical cancer and its influence on the quality of life and sleep,and give patients humanistic care and psychological counseling to enhance their confidence in overcoming the diseases.Multi-party cooperation should be strengthened to carry out high-quality research to provide theoretical basis for improving the mental state of patients with cervical cancer.
