摘要
艰难梭状芽孢杆菌感染(Clostridium difficile infection, CDI)是医院获得性胃肠道感染的主要原因,给医疗系统带来极大负担。近年来有报道称ILC相关细胞因子在CDI的发生、发展和转归中扮演重要角色,但其机制尚不明确。文章将对ILC相关细胞因子在CD感染发病机制中作用的研究进展进行综述,以期为CD感染的发病机制与临床治疗提供新思路。
Clostridium difficile infection(CDI)is the most common cause of hospital-acquired gastrointestinal infection,bringing great burden to the medical system.ILC-related cytokines play an important role in the occurrence,development and outcome of CDI,but the mechanism is yet to be elucidated.This review focuses on the mechanisms of ILC-related cytokines in the pathogenesis of CDI and aims to provide new directions for CDI pathogenic research and development of clinical treatment.
