Correction and Evaluation of Energy Consumption for Office Buildings Based on Use Intensity

摘要 为了准确评估不同使用强度下办公建筑用能的合理性,以办公建筑为例,采用Designbuilder建筑能耗模拟软件,分析了使用时长和人员密度对办公建筑各分项能耗和总能耗的影响.考虑使用时长和人员密度对分项能耗的影响,优化了基于使用强度的办公建筑运行能耗修正方法,该修正方法使使用强度偏离大的样本建筑的能耗修正值降低35%~45%.以同气候区同类型建筑运行能耗的合理值为基准,提出了办公建筑能耗评价方法.新的方法有助于更准确地反映办公建筑的实际用能水平.成果可以为办公建筑能耗的精细化评价工作提供参考. To accurately evaluate the rationality of office buildings energy consumption with different use intensities,the building energy consumption software Designbuilder was used to analyze the impact of service time and personnel density on the subentry and total energy consumption of office buildings.Considering the influence of use density on subentry energy consumption,the energy consumption correction method for office buildings was optimized,which reduced the energy consumption correction value of the sample buildings with a large deviation of use intensity by 35%~45%.Using the reasonable operating energy consumption of the same type of buildings in the same climate zone as the baseline,an energy consumption evaluation method for office buildings was proposed.The new method helps to more accurately reflect the actual energy level of office buildings.The results can provide a reference for the refined evaluation of office building energy consumption.
