摘要
在探索国家战略科技力量的定义与历史演进的基础上,探讨了美国国家实验室建设发展的经验,分析了中国国家战略科技力量发展面临的使命和存在的问题,提出了中国发展国家战略科技力量的相关建议。
On the basis of exploring the definition and the historical evolution of the strategic scientific and technological force,in view of the experience of the successful construction and development of the U.S.National Laboratory,and the mission and the existing problems of the China's national strategic scientific and technological force,some suggestions are put forward for the development of China's national strategic scientific and technological force.
