Challenges and opportunities of coordinated development of industrial chain in the Yangtze River Delta

新发展格局不仅是应对全球疫情冲击的有效之策,也是基于当前全球化周期性调整新挑战以及中国经济发展新阶段而提出的重大战略部署。着眼于当前新发展格局下长三角产业链协同发展所面临的机遇与挑战,通过政策调研、国际比较、产业案例研究等结合的方法,从长三角产业经济所面临的新环境、重点产业链协同发展的基本模式、产业结构的变化趋势、产业链价值流动等角度剖析了当前长三角产业链协同发展所面临的挑战与机遇,提出优化长三角城市间产业分工以及协作共赢的政策建议。

This paper focuses on the opportunities and challenges faced by the coordinated development of the industrial chain in the Yangtze River Delta under the current new development pattern.We combine policy research,international comparative research,and industrial case studies to analyze the new environment and key industries faced by the industrial economy in the Yangtze River Delta.Then we analyze challenges and opportunities of the industrial chain in the Yangtze River Delta from the perspectives of basic coordination model,industrial structure changing trend,and value flow in the industrial chain.Finally,we put forward policy recommendations for optimizing the industrial division among cities in the Yangtze River Delta in order to give full play to the fulcrum role in the international and domestic dual circulation and promote the coordinated improvement of industrial chain intheYangtzeRiverDelta.
