甲地孕酮联合针刺四缝穴治疗癌性厌食临床疗效分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Megestrol Combined with Acupuncture at Sifeng Acupoints in the Treatment of Cancer-Related Anorexia

目的:观察甲地孕酮联合针刺四缝穴治疗癌性厌食的疗效。方法::随机选取成都中医药大学附属医院肿瘤一科2019年12月-2020年12月住院病人中具有厌食症状的Ⅲ、Ⅳ期恶性肿瘤患者90例,随机分为对照组(46例)及观察组(44例)。对照组予醋酸甲地孕酮分散片,每日1次,每次4片(160mg),口服,连续4周;观察组在对照组基础上联合针刺四缝穴治疗,每周3次,治疗2周为1疗程,连续治疗2疗程。观察治疗前后两组患者体质量、食欲、营养指标等方面的变化。结果:对照组与观察组食欲改善分别为22例(47.8%)、31例(70.4%),体质量有改善分别为22例(47.8%)、33例(75%),观察组体质量改善率及食欲改善率均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗后前白蛋白水平均明显高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺四缝穴联合甲地孕酮治疗方案可明显改善中晚期恶性肿瘤患者的癌性厌食症状,增加患者体质量,改善其营养状况。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Megestrol Acetate combined with acupuncture at Sifeng acupoint on cancer anorexia.Methods:90patients with Stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ tumors were randomly divided into control group(46cases)and Observation Group(44cases)with anorexia symptoms from December 2019to December 2020.The control group was given Megestrol Acetate dispersible tablets 4times a day(160mg)orally for 4weeks,while the observation group was given acupuncture at four suture points 3times a week for 2weeks for 1course and 2courses continuously.The changes of body weight,appetite and nutritional index were observed before and after treatment.Results:22cases(47.8%)of the control group and 31cases(70.4%)of the observation group had improved appetite,and 22cases(47.8%)and 33cases(75%)of the observation group had improved body weight.The effective rate of the observation group and the improvement rate of appetite were higher than the control group(P>0.05).The Serum Albumin level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group and before Treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at Sifeng acupoint combined with Megestrol Acetate can significantly improve the cancer anorexia symptoms,increase the body weight and improve the nutritional status of patients with advanced malignant tumors.
