“脉息术”在中风病治疗中的应用

Clinical Application of“Maixi Technique”in Stroke

文章主要介绍李树森教授的家传古脉法——长桑君脉法中的“脉息术”。脉息术的应用是临症辨病的利器,乃《黄帝内经》大道。脉息术通过监测患者脉搏与呼吸的比值将患者分为少气、平人、脉躁三种类型,然后以小建中汤和大柴胡汤为基础方,根据患者病情变化临证加减指导临床治疗中风病中药方剂的应用,效果显著,并举临床病案加以说明。

This paper mainly introduces Li Shusen's family's ancient pulse method-the‘Maixi technique’of Pulse method of Chang Sangjun.The application of Maixi Technique is a sharp tool for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases,and is the main road of the Huangdi Neijing.By monitoring the ratio of pulse to respiration divides the patients into three types:Shaoqi,Pingren and Maizao.Then,Xiao Jianzhong Decoction and Da Chaihu decoction are used as the basic prescriptions to guide the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for Stroke according to the changes of patients'conditions.The effect is remarkable.This paper takes the clinical medical records to illustrate.
