摘要 比较了一吸塔5种工况的工艺参数。酸雾控制关键在于下塔酸温高,也需上塔酸温高。若上塔酸温相同,下塔酸温越高露点与气温温差就越小,越容易避免空间冷凝;而在相同的下塔酸温下,上塔酸温越低,露点与气温温差就越大,越易产生空间冷凝。在传质推动力计算中,上塔酸的平衡分压不可忽略。传质基数反映填料塔的特性,虽然剔除了气液流动的喷淋密度及气速,但仍包含分酸和布气的影响,且分酸均匀性最关键。 The process parameters of the inter-pass absorption tower under five operating conditions are compared.The key to acid mist control lies in the high outlet acid temperature and the high inlet acid temperature of the tower packing.If the inlet temperature is the same,the higher the outlet temperature,the smaller the temperature difference between dew point and air temperature,and the easier to avoid space condensation.At the same outlet acid temperature,the lower the inlet acid temperature,the greater the temperature difference between dew point and air temperature,and the easier the space condensation will occur.In the calculation of mass transfer driving force,the equilibrium partial pressure of the inlet acid cannot be ignored.The mass transfer radix reflects the characteristics of the packing tower.Although the acid irrigation and gas velocity of gas-liquid flow is eliminated,it still includes the influence of acid distribution and gas distribution,and the uniformity of acid distribution is the most critical.
