摘要
介绍了江西自立公司高浓度SO_(2)冶炼烟气离子液脱硫系统节水减排技术的应用情况。通过新建回用水储槽对离子液除盐工序的压液水、置换再生后段水和清洗水进行套用,新建三级沉淀池对循环冷却排污水进行处理回用,实现了离子液脱硫系统排放废水的分质回用,有效降低了离子交换工序的用水量和废水排放量。离子液脱硫系统改造后,除盐工序节约除盐水约56700 m^(3)/a,循环水补水工序节约新水约19600 m^(3)/a,废水减排量38150 m^(3)/a,节约费用约136.92万元/a,节水减排效果和经济效益显著。
The application of water saving and emission reduction technology in high concentration SO_(2) smelting flue gas ionic liquid desulfurization system of Jiangxi Zili Company is introduced.The pressurized water,water after replacement and regeneration and cleaning water in the ionic liquid desalination process are reused by building a new recycling water storage tank,and the circulating cooling sewage is treated and reused by building a three-stage sedimentation tank,which realizes the qualitative reuse of the wastewater discharged from the ionic liquid desulfurization system,effectively reducing the water consumption and wastewater discharge in the ion exchange process.After the transformation of the ionic liquid desulfurization system,the desalting process saves about 56700 m^(3)/a of demineralized water,the circulating water make-up process saves about 19600 m^(3)/a of fresh water,the waste water reduction is 38150 m^(3)/a,and the cost is about 1.3692 million yuan/a.The water saving and emission reduction effect and economic benefits are significant.
