摘要
介绍了某铜冶炼厂熔炼车间电收尘器的运行及提高收尘效率的生产实践情况。分析了铜精矿水分、电收尘器入口的烟气温度、电收尘器漏风率等因素对收尘效率的影响,并提出了相应解决措施。通过采取严格控制底吹炉入炉铜精矿w(H_(2)O)在10%以下、及时清理电收尘器放电极及瓷轴下方的积灰、降低漏风率、增加热风吹扫设备等措施,电收尘器收尘效率达到95%以上,最高可达98.7%。
The operation of electric dust collector in smelting workshop of a copper smelter and the production practice of improving dust collection efficiency are introduced.The influence of copper concentrate moisture,flue gas temperature at the inlet of the electrostatic precipitator and the air leakage rate of the electrostatic precipitator and other factors on the dust collection efficiency is analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are proposed.The dust collection efficiency of the electric dust collector has reached more than 95%,with the maximum of 98.7%,by taking measures such as strictly controlling the water mass fraction of the copper concentrate fed into the bottom blowing furnace less than 10%,timely cleaning the ash deposit under the discharge electrode of the electric dust collector and the porcelain shaft,reducing the air leakage rate,and increasing the hot air blowing equipment.
