催化裂化装置烟气脱硫系统结垢原因分析及应对措施

摘要 催化裂化装置产生的再生烟气进入烟气脱硫系统进行处理,烟气脱硫系统主要由烟气洗涤系统和废液处理系统两部分组成。装置运行过程中先后出现了氧化罐单元结垢、外排污水管线结垢和滤清模块抽出管线结垢的问题,通过对各结垢部位进行原因分析,分别采取了闭路循环酸洗、高压水通球疏通、降低pH值等措施进行处理,均达到了预期效果,并采取了相应的预防措施,使装置平稳运行。 The regenerated flue gas from the catalytic cracking unit enters the flue gas desulfurization system for treatment.The flue gas desulfurization system is mainly composed of flue gas washing system and waste liquid treatment system.During the operation of the unit,scaling of the oxidation tank unit,scaling of the external sewage line and scaling of the extraction pipeline of the filter module occurred successively.Through the cause analysis of each scaling part,the closed circuit circulating acid cleaning,high-pressure water ball passing,the value of pH reduction and other measures were taken to deal with the scaling,which achieved the expected effect,and the corresponding preventive measures were taken to ensure the smooth operation of the unit.
