职业素养为导向的主题教学模式在高职院校《生理学》教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的 探索以职业素养为导向的主题教学模式在高职院校《生理学》课程的应用效果。方法 选取江苏卫生健康职业学院2018级五年制药学3班、4班学生为研究对象,进行《生理学》课程教学。其中,3班作为对照组,采用传统教学模式;4班作为研究组,采取以职业素养为导向的主题教学模式。对比两组学生的职业素养量表结果与《生理学》课程期末成绩。结果 研究组学生的《生理学》课程期末成绩以及职业素养量表结果均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 以职业素养为导向的主题教学模式能更好地提高高职院校学生的《生理学》课程成绩和职业素养。 Objective To explore the application effect of theme teaching model based on professional quality in Physiology course in higher vocational colleges. Methods Students from Class three and Class four of five-year pharmacy, Grade 2018, Jiangsu Heath Vocational College were selected. As the control group, Class Three students adopt the traditional teaching mode. And the research group, Class Four adopt the theme teaching mode. The scores of professional quality scale and the final exam of Physiology were compared. Results The scores of professional quality scale and the final exam of Physiology course in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The theme teaching mode based on professional quality can better improve students’ scores and professional quality of Physiology in higher vocational colleges.
