团队化流程管理在急性缺血性脑卒中患者救治中的效果研究

Effect of team process management in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke

目的 探讨团队化流程管理在急性缺血性脑卒患者中应用的效果。方法 选取苏北人民医院急诊室2019年1月至12月收治的118例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,其中2019年1月至6月收治的60例为对照组,实施常规急救护理流程;2019年7月至12月收治的58例为干预组,实施团队化流程管理。对比两组患者急诊接诊时间、血标本送达检验科时间、实验室结果完成时间、急诊CT室检查时间、CT报告出具时间、沟通时间、入院至溶栓用药时间及急诊溶栓达标率。结果 干预组上述各项时间均低于对照组,急诊溶栓达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 实施团队化流程管理可以缩短急性缺血性脑卒中患者的救治时间,提升救治效率。

Objective To explore the practical effect of emergency team in process treatment and management of patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS). Methods From January to December 2019, 118 patients with AIS who were admitted to the emergency room of Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital were selected, of which 60 patients admitted from January to June 2019 were the control group, and routine emergency nursing procedures were implemented. 58 patients admitted from July to December 2019 were taken as intervention group, and team management was implemented. Emergency admission time, blood specimen delivery time, laboratory results completion time, emergency CT room examination time, CT report issuance time, communication time, DNT time and emergency thrombolytic compliance rate were compared. Results All the time in the control group was lower than that in the intervention group, but the rate of emergency thrombolysis reaching the standard was higher than that in the intervention group(P<0.05). Conclusions The application of team-based process management in the treatment of patients with AIS can shorten the treatment time and improve the treatment efficiency.
