水气消毒灭菌装置对口腔牙椅水路的消毒效果研究

摘要 目的 探讨水气消毒灭菌装置对口腔牙椅水路的消毒效果。方法 2020年1月至2021年12月期间将南京医科大学附属口腔医院用于治疗的独立水源口腔牙椅108台作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机划分为试验组和对照组,每组各54台。对照组采用碘离子水路净化系统进行牙椅水路消毒,试验组采用水气消毒灭菌装置进行消毒处理。对比两组在消毒前和消毒结束后牙椅手机、三用枪和漱口水出水细菌数量情况,以及消毒后第1、3、5和7天的消毒合格率。结果 消毒结束后,两组牙椅消毒合格率均为100%,但试验组牙椅手机、三用枪和漱口水细菌数量低于对照组(P<0.05);消毒后1 d,试验组牙椅三用枪和漱口水的消毒合格率高于对照组(P<0.05);消毒后3 d,试验组牙椅手机、三用枪和漱口水的消毒合格率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 应用水气消毒灭菌装置对口腔牙椅水路消毒能明显减少细菌数量,并抑制消毒后细菌的生长,具有较好的消毒效果。 Objective To explore the disinfection effect of water-gas disinfection and sterilization device on the dental chair waterway. Methods From January 2020 to December 2021, 108 dental chairs with independent water sources were used for treatment in the Department of Stomatology, Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, with 54 in each group. The control group was disinfected by iodine ion water purification system, while the experimental group was disinfected by water-gas disinfection and sterilization device. The number of bacteria in the effluent of dental chair mobile phone, three-purpose gun and mouthwash before and after disinfection. And the qualified rate of disinfection on the 1 st, 3 rd, 5 th and 7 th day after disinfection were compared. Results After disinfection, the qualified rate of dental chair disinfection in both groups was 100%. However, the number of bacterial in dental chair mobile phone, three-purpose gun and mouthwash in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). On the first day after disinfection, the qualified rate of disinfection of the dental chair three-purpose gun and mouthwash was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). On the third day after disinfection, the qualified rate of disinfection of the dental chair mobile phone, three-use gun and mouthwash in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The application of water-gas disinfection and sterilization device to disinfection of dental chair waterway can significantly reduce the number of bacteria and inhibit the growth of bacteria after disinfection, which has a good disinfection effect.
