二十大报告指出,教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑,高等教育对建设教育强国、科技强国和人才强国具有十分重要的支撑和引领作用,高校图书馆应坚持守正创新,从文献资源、文化传承与创新、服务育人、情报咨询、决策支持等方面塑造服务新优势、挖掘服务新动能、拓展服务新领域、开辟服务新赛道。

The report of the Twentieth National Congress pointed out that education, science and technology, and talents are the basic and strategic support for building a socialist modern country in an all-round way. Higher education plays a very important role in supporting and leading the building of a powerful country in education, science and technology, and talents. University libraries should adhere to integrity and innovation, shape new advantages, tap new drivers, expand new areas and open up new tracks in service from aspects of document resources, cultural inheritance and innovation, cultivation of students, information consulting, and decision-making think tanks.
