太湖流域上游地区山水林田湖草生态保护修复实践——以高淳、宜兴及金坛典型生态退化区修复为例 被引量:3

摘要 太湖流域是我国生态系统受损较为严重的区域,实施太湖流域山水林田湖草系统保护修复对流域生态安全屏障构建极为重要。南京高淳区、宜兴市、常州金坛区均位于太湖流域上游地区,生态类型布局和生态系统存在的问题较为相似,均入选了江苏省首批山水林田湖草生态保护修复试点,在治理思路上,构建了“源(低山丘陵)—通(平原河网)—汇(湖泊湿地)”的完整流域生态系统。通过总结上述区域山水林田湖草生态保护修复试点的典型工程措施、特色技术亮点及体制机制创新方式,为同类地区开展山水林田湖草生态综合治理提供实例参考。 Taihu Lake Basin is a region with serious ecosystem damage in China.It is very important to protect and restore mountain-river-forest-farmland-lake-grass system in Taihu Lake Basin for the construction of ecological security barrier.Gaochun District of Nanjing,Yixing and Jintan District of Changzhou are located in the upper reaches of Taihu Lake basin,and have similar ecological type layout and problems in the ecosystem.They were selected as the first pilot projects of ecological protection and restoration of mountain-river-forest-farmland-lake-grass system in Jiangsu Province.In terms of management ideas,a complete watershed ecosystem of“source(low mountains and hills)-pass(plain river network)-sink(lake and wetland)”has been constructed.This paper summarizes the typical engineering measures,characteristic technology highlights and innovative ways on system and mechanism of mountain-river-forest-farmland-lake-grass system in the above-mentioned areas,which can provide a reference for similar areas to carry out comprehensive ecological management of mountain-river-forest-farmland-lake-grass system.
