摘要
面向国际组织培养复合型人才是我国国际化人才培养的重点战略任务。基于高校国际组织人才培养项目的培养方案或招生简章,围绕人才培养的目标、过程和评价等进行分析发现,高校复合型国际组织人才培养模式是以自身优势特色学科建设作为人才培养的基本支撑,构建多语种、通识教育与专业互融的跨学科培养机制,从而达到提升学生全球治理意识和全球胜任力的目标,培养和输送高层次复合型国际组织人才。
Cultivating compound talents for international organizations is the key strategic task of China's international talent training.The research relied on training programs or recruitment guidelines for international organization talent training programs of some universities.It focused on the three dimensions of objectives,process and evaluation,and found that the cultivation mode of compound talents in universities took the construction of superior disciplines as the basic support of talent training.It constructed an interdisciplinary training mechanism of multilingual,general education and specialty integration,so as to achieve the goal of enhancing students'awareness of global governance and global competence,and then cultivate and transport high-level interdisciplinary talents for international organizations.
