摘要
国内水泥行业超低减排政策逐步实施,水泥窑烟气SO_(2)治理是实现超低排放的关键技术之一。本文分析了水泥窑生产过程中SO_(2)排放控制及工艺技术路线,提出了目前最适合水泥窑SO_(2)控制的工艺路线—窑灰湿法脱硫技术,并进一步阐述了其技术关键及应用情况。
With the gradual implementation of ultra-low emission reduction policies in the domestic cement industry,SO_(2) treatment of cement kiln fl ue gas is one of the key technologies to achieve ultra-low emissions.This paper summarizes and analyzes the SO_(2) emission control and technological route in the production process of cement kiln,and puts forward the current most suitable SO_(2) control route of cement kiln—wet desulfurization technology of kiln ash,and further expounds its key technology and application.
