摘要 本文介绍了采用颗粒活性炭吸附-蒸汽脱附-冷凝回收装置净化某新能源材料企业排放的萃取工艺尾气,回收有机溶剂的工程实例。详细论述了该装置的工艺流程和原理、主要设备参数及必要的安全保障等;并结合实际治理效果和设备运行情况,说明该环保系统的应用具有良好的环境效益和经济效益,值得推广应用。 This paper introduced an engineering example of using granular activated carbon adsorption-steam desorption-condensation recovery device to purify the extraction process tail gas discharged from a new energy material enterprise and recover organic solvents.The process fl ow,principle,main equipment parameters and necessary safety guarantee of the device were described in detail,combined with the actual treatment effect and equipment operation,it showed that the application of this environmental protection system had good environmental and economic benefi ts,and was worth popularizing.
