企业废气处理技术及行政预防手段分析

Analysis of Enterprise Waste Gas Treatment Technology and Administrative Prevention Measures

企业的废气处理和防治一直是我国生态文明建设中的重点环节,《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》中对于企业废气污染有着较为严格的规定,在这一背景下,企业废气的处理和预防逐渐被置于国家治理层面。然而,在实践中,现阶段企业废气治理和行政预防仍存在困难,如监管人员专业素质薄弱、监管标准不一致等。基于此,本文以企业废气处理和行政预防为研究课题,以废气处理技术和行政预防手段为研究方向,以常见的企业废气种类为切入点,总结并分析了常见的企业废气处理技术及行政预防的困境,并提出突破困境的几点思路,以期为我国的生态文明建设提供参考。

The treatment and prevention of enterprise waste gas has always been a key link in the construction of ecological civilization in China.The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution has strict provisions on the problem of enterprise waste gas pollution.Under this background,the treatment and prevention of enterprise waste gas has gradually been placed at the level of national governance.However,in practice,there are still difficulties in the current stage of enterprise waste gas treatment and administrative prevention,such as weak professional quality of supervisors,inconsistent monitoring standards.Based on this problem,this paper takes enterprise waste gas treatment and administrative protection as the research theme,waste gas treatment technology and administrative prevention means as the research direction,and common types of enterprise waste gas as the entry point,summarizes and analyzes common enterprise waste gas treatment technologies,analyzes the dilemma of administrative prevention,and puts forward several ideas to break through the dilemma,in order to provide help for China's ecological civilization construction.
