流域水环境治理的实践与经验

Practice and Experience of Watershed Water Environment Management

在我国的环境管理工作中,流域水环境的保护与管理是最突出的问题之一。随着国家生态环境建设的不断推进,在这方面虽取得一定进展,但依旧存在许多问题,主要表现在以下几个方面:前期预警不足、流域水环境保护多偏向于后期治理、水环境保护管理的资金投入相对较少等。针对这些问题,本文结合自身实践经验,简要介绍并探讨了流域水环境的治理措施和建议,以供相关人员参考。

In the environmental management of our country,the protection and management of the basin water environment is one of the most prominent problems.With the development of national ecological environment construction,although some progress has been made in this area,there are still many problems,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects:insufficient early warning,the water environment protection of the river basin is more partial to the later stage treatment,and the fund investment of the water environment protection management is relatively small and so on.In this regard,this paper,combined with their own practical experience,a brief talk on the river basin water environment management measures and recommendations,hope for reference.
