门头沟区餐饮企业油烟污染问题调查分析与解决方法 被引量:2

摘要 随着门头沟区的城市化进程加快,餐饮油烟扰民问题的信访比例逐年增长,解决餐饮油烟扰民问题已经迫在眉睫。本文通过分析门头沟区餐饮油烟扰民问题形成的原因,发现主要有餐饮企业源头管控不严格、企业主体责任落实不到位、油烟净化设施清洗维护不及时、管理机制有待完善、执法受限等原因。针对上述问题,提出完善各级联动机制,强化源头管控,合理引导企业选址,进行餐饮企业专项治理并加装油烟在线监测设备,督促企业落实主体责任,更换高效油烟净化设施等解决方案,进一步加强对餐饮油烟污染的治理,减少油烟扰民情况的发生。 With the rapid development of urbanization in Mentougou District,the problem of catering oil fumes disturbing the people,the proportion of petitions has increased year by year,it is urgent to solve the problem of catering oil fumes disturbing the people.This paper focuses on the in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem of catering oil fume disturbing the people in Mentougou District,mainly including the lack of strict source control of catering enterprises,the failure to implement the main responsibility of enterprises,the untimely cleaning and maintenance of oil fume purification facilities,the mechanism to be improved,and the limited law enforcement and other reasons.In response to the above problems,we propose solutions such as improving the linkage mechanism at all levels,strengthening source management and control,rationally guiding enterprise site selection,carrying out special management of catering enterprises and installing oil fume online monitoring equipment,urging enterprises to implement their main responsibilities,and replacing high-efficiency oil fume purification facilities.The control of cooking oil fume pollution will reduce the occurrence of oil fume disturbing the people.
