乡村振兴背景下乡村教育高质量发展的原点、困境及实践路径

摘要 推进农村教育现代化和乡村教育振兴是国家现代化的必然要求。高质量发展已成为“十四五”时期的新主题,推进新时期乡村教育高质量发展,是乡村振兴战略下的新命题。以动态实践观为分析逻辑框架,时代原点、政策原点和理论原点是乡村教育高质量发展的逻辑起点。要突破乡村经济、文化、教育和制度等给乡村教育高质量发展带来的困境,紧紧围绕加快农业现代化这条主线,以现代化理论为依托,从经济、文化、教育和制度等方面对症下药,为乡村教育高质量发展开辟新道路。 Promoting the modernization of rural education and the revitalization of rural education are the inevitable requirements of national modernization.High-quality development has become a new theme of the"Fourteenth Five-Year Plan"era.Promoting high-quality development of rural education in the new period is a new proposition under the strategy of rural revitalization.With the dynamic practice view as the logical frame of analysis,the origin of times,policy and theory is the logical starting point of the high-quality development of rural education.To break through the difficulties brought by rural economy,culture,education and system to the high-quality development of rural education,it is necessary to closely focus on the main line of accelerating agricultural modernization,act appropriately from the perspective of economic,cultural,education and system according to the modernization theory and develop a new path for the high-quality development of rural education.
