miR137基因多态性与精神分裂症及其阴性症状的关联研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探索miR137基因多态性与中国汉族精神分裂症患者阴性症状的关系。方法采用多重连接酶检测反应技术(iMLDR)对498例精神分裂症患者(病例组)和548名健康对照者(对照组)miR137基因rs1625579位点开展基因分型检测,采用阴性症状评定量表(SANS)评定病例组原发性阴性症状。结果两组miR137基因rs1625579位点GG、GT、TT基因型分布频率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组G、T等位基因分布频率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。携带rs1625579位点GT、GG基因型和TT基因型的患者SANS各维度评分比较差异未发现有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论miR137基因位点多态性可能和精神分裂症起病相关,与患者阴性症状可能无关。 Objective To explore the relationship between microRNA137(miR137)gene polymorphism and negative symptoms of schizophrenia in Chinese Han nationality.Methods The modified multiplex ligase detection reaction(iMLDR)was used in genotyping test for miR137 rs1625579 locus in 498 patients with schizophrenia(case group)and 548 healthy controls(control group).Case group was assessed with Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS).Results There existed significant differences in the genotype frequencies of GG,GT,TT at rs1625579 locus of miR137 gene between two groups(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the allele frequencies of G,T at rs1625579 locus of miR137 gene between two groups(P>0.05).There existed no differences in all factor scores of SANS between patients with GT,GG genotypes and patients with TT genotype at rs1625579 locus(P>0.05).Conclusion The polymorphism of miR137 gene locus may be related to the onset of schizophrenia,but may not be related to the negative symptoms of patients.
