社会组织参与乡村振兴是实施乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分。通过分析中国一个中部省份的社会组织参与乡村振兴工作的实践案例,揭示社会组织与国家的关系在乡村振兴工作中已经发生了新的变化。以法团主义和“社会中的国家”视角已很难全面地解释国家与社会组织出现的新的互动关系,这些互动关系包括主动嵌入、分级指导和长期引领。深入研究国家与社会组织的关系在乡村振兴工作中出现的新变化,进而分析国家治理社会新机制背后的逻辑和思路,以及在乡村振兴工作中的应用和已发挥的作用,将有助于乡村振兴战略的实施与农业农村现代化的推进。

Social organizations'participation in rural revitalization is essential in implementing a rural revitalization strategy.By analyzing the practical case of social organizations in a central province of China participating in the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements and the effective connection of rural revitalization,it shows that the relationship between social organizations and the state has changed in rural revitalization.Traditional corporatism and"state in society"can't explain the new interactive relationship between state and social organizations,which includes active embedding,hierarchical guidance,and long-term guidance.Studying the new changes in the relationship between the state and social organizations in the rural revitalization and then analyzing the logic and ideas behind the new mechanism of state governance.Its application and role in rural revitalization will be helpful to the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and the advancement of agricultural and rural modernization.
