社会网络对农户宅基地流转意愿和行为的影响——基于内在认知的中介效应

Influence of social networks on the willingness and behavior of farmers'homesteads transfer--a study based on intermediary effect of inner cognition

通过将农户对宅基地的内在认知细分为流转政策认知、经济价值认知和产权认知三个方面,进而构建“社会网络—内在认知—宅基地流转”的理论分析框架,并基于合肥市1121份农户调研问卷,实证分析农户社会网络对其宅基地流转意愿和行为的影响及其作用机制。研究表明,社会网络提升农户的宅基地流转意愿并促成其流转行为,且对流转意愿的影响效应高于流转行为。异质性分析表明,社会网络对宅基地未确权农户的流转意愿和行为的正向作用更强;对于青年和中年农户,社会网络能够提高其流转意愿,但对流转行为并不产生影响,对于老年农户,社会网络能够促成其流转行为,但对流转意愿不产生影响。机制分析表明,社会网络可以通过提升农户对于宅基地的流转政策认知和经济价值认知间接提高其流转意愿并促成流转行为,而产权认知的间接效应未发挥显著作用。

By subdividing farmers'internal cognition of homesteads into three aspects:transfer policy cognition,economic value cognition,and property rights cognition,a theoretical analysis framework is constructed of"social network-internal cognition-homestead transfer".Based on 1121 survey questionnaires of farmers in surrounding counties in Hefei,this paper empirically analyzed the influence of farmers'social networks on their homestead transfer willingness and behavior and its mechanism.Studies have shown that social networks have increased farmers'willingness to transfer homesteads and facilitated their transfer behavior,and the effect on the transfer willingness is higher than that of the transfer behavior.Heterogeneity analysis shows that for farmers whose homestead rights are not confirmed,social networks have a stronger positive effect on their homestead transfer willingness and behavior;for young and middle-aged farmers,social networks can increase their willingness to transfer,but it does not affect the transfer behavior;for elderly farmers,social networks can promote their transfer behavior,but it does not affect their willing‐ness to transfer.Mechanism analysis shows that social networks can indirectly increase farmers'willingness to transfer and promote transfer behaviors by enhancing farmers'awareness of the transfer policy and economic value of homesteads,while the indirect effects of property cognition have not played a significant role.
