摘要
为减少煤炭港口长距离运输输送带回程煤泥洒落及物料堆积的情况,文中设计了一种回程输送带清扫及物料收集的清扫装置。通过在输送带下方安装组合清扫器、冲洗管路及物料收集装置,对输送带进行清扫处理,并将回程输送带清扫下来的煤泥回流到下游输送带。为实现四季不同气候环境下的全天候工作,在清扫装置上安装加热系统,保证清扫装置冬季能够正常使用。现场安装测试结果表明该清扫装置能够有效的减少输送带回程煤泥的洒落。结合现场每条运输输送带的实际情况,将该清扫装置推广应用到现场所有长距离运输输送带上。
In order to reduce the problems of slime spilling and material accumulation in long-distance transportation of coal in port, a design of a cleaning device for return conveyor belt cleaning and material collection is put forward. Under the conveyor belt, a sweeper, a flushing pipeline and a material collection device are installed to clean the conveyor belt and return the collected slime to the downstream conveyor belt. To realize all-weather operation in different climates, a heating system is installed on the cleaning device to ensure that the cleaning device can be used normally in winter. The field test results show that the cleaning device can effectively reduce the amount of slime spilled on the return trip of the conveyor belt. Combined with the actual situation of each conveyor belt on site, the cleaning device is popularized and applied to all longdistance conveyor belts on site.
