港口远程堆场辅助系统网络集成技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 作为港口起重机运维、监控的辅助设备,港口辅助系统如何高效的对多台起重机、不同辅助系统进行网络集成并远程传输至港口中控室是智能港口建设的重要任务,也是提高港口数据高效传输的关键,远程堆场辅助系统网络集成的研究尤为重要。文中根据港口辅助系统特点及需求设计了一套涵盖状态检测、智能润滑、门禁系统、CCTV视频监控系统等辅助系统的网络集成方案,并阐述了港口辅助系统网络集成方案的研究思路,包括辅助系统的管理平台架构、网络集成架构、网络级同构、接口级同构、VLAN划分的设计方案。现场使用情况表明,港口远程堆场辅助系统网络集成技术可使操作员在港口中控室通过网络集成系统高效的掌握监测对象的运维状态,提升港口设备的安全性、高效性及智能化水平。 Port auxiliary system is a supporting equipment in the operation, maintenance and monitoring of port cranes.How to efficiently integrate multiple cranes and different auxiliary systems through the port auxiliary system and remotely transmit information to the central control room is an important task in the construction of intelligent port, and it is also the key to improve the efficiency of port data transmission. Therefore, the research on network integration of remote yard auxiliary system is of particular importance. In this paper, according to the characteristics and requirements of port auxiliary systems, a set of network integration scheme covering state detection, intelligent lubrication, access control system, CCTV video monitoring system and other auxiliary systems is proposed, and the research ideas of this scheme are expounded,including the management platform architecture, network integration architecture, network level isomorphism, interface level isomorphism and VLAN division design scheme of auxiliary systems. According to on-site application, the network integration technology in port remote yard auxiliary system can enable operators to efficiently grasp the operation and maintenance status of monitoring objects in the port central control room through the network integration system, and improve the safety, efficiency and intelligence level of port equipment.
