基于D-S证据理论的输电线路工程施工安全风险评价 被引量:3

摘要 针对输变电线路工程施工安全风险评价具有较大的不确定性以及多以定性评价指标为主的特点,建立了基于D-S证据理论的输电线路工程施工风险评价模型。根据宿迁地区某110 kV的输电线路的施工风险因素,分别从人员、设备、环境、管理等方面分析影响施工风险的指标,建立输电线路工程施工多级安全风险评价指标体系;运用层次分析法对各指标集成赋权,并将其应用于某特高压输变电工程项目,实证评估施工安全风险水平。结果表明,输点线路工程施工风险等级为中等,在工程施工过程中要注意监测。研究结果为宿迁地区输电线路施工风险控制提供了参考。 The problems of the ecological geological environment in the coal mine area occur frequently.In order to reduce the geological damage,the design of the ecological geological environment protection and land reclamation in the coal mine area was studied,and the characteristics of the current mining area,such as topography,meteorology,hydrology,biology and soil were analyzed.The preventive measures of ecological geological environment protection and land reclamation in the coal mine area were studied,and the specific design was carried out based on the actual geological situation.Finally,the monitoring technology and technical guarantee measures of ecological geological environment protection and land reclamation in coal mine area were studied.These measures had played a constructive role in the study of ecological geological environment and ecological sustainable development in the coal mine area.
