摘要
针对煤矿开采设备开展点检工作是确保设备安全稳定运行的重要基础和前提。在结合煤矿开采实际情况的基础上,对其智能化点检系统整体方案进行了详细设计,分为井下和地面2大部分。基于射频识别系统对点检结果进行读取分析,手持式点检设备与客户端之间、客户端与服务器之间分别基于蓝牙技术和WiFi技术实现数据信息交互。对智能化点检系统的软件整体构架及前端、后端结构进行了介绍。将设计的系统部署到煤矿工程实践中,经现场实践测试发现各项性能均达到了设计要求,可以很好地完成点检工作,克服了传统点检方法存在的缺陷问题,安全效益和经济效益显著。
Carrying out spot check work for coal mining equipment is an important foundation and prerequisite for ensuring the safe and stable operation of equipment.Based on the actual situation of coal mining,this paper has carried out a detailed design of the overall scheme of its intelligent inspection system,which is divided into two parts,underground and ground.The spot check results are read and analyzed based on the radio frequency identification system,and the data information interaction between the hand-held spot check device and the client,and between the client and the server is realized based on Bluetooth technology and WiFi technology respectively.The overall software architecture and front-end and back-end structures of the intelligent inspection system are introduced.The designed system was deployed to coal mine engineering practice.After field practice tests,it was found that all performances met the design requirements.The spot check work can be completed well,and the defects of traditional inspection methods have been overcome.Safety and economic benefits are significant.
