PLC控制器在刮板输送机监测系统中的应用分析

Application analysis of PLC controller in scraper conveyor monitoring system

以SGZ800/750型刮板输送机为对象,在对刮板输送机基本情况及工业实践中常见故障问题进行分析的基础上,利用PLC控制器设计了监测系统。系统主要利用自制或已有的传感器对设备运行状态进行实时监测,进而分析设备存在的故障问题。选用的PLC控制器和软启动器型号分别为1785和QJRP-400/1140,优异的性能可以满足复杂的工况环境。系统的软件程序采用模块化思想设计,各个功能都通过子程序实现,主程序运行时对各子程序进行调取运行即可。将监测系统应用到刮板输送机工程实践中,经3个月的运行取得了良好效果,设备的运行稳定性显著提升,创造了较好的安全效益和经济效益。

Taking SGZ800/750 scraper conveyor as the object,on the basis of analyzing the basic situation of scraper conveyor and the common faults in industrial practice,a monitoring system was designed by using PLC controller.The system mainly uses self-made or existing sensors to monitor the running status of the equipment in real time,and then analyzes the fault problems of the equipment.The models of the selected PLC controller and soft starter are 1785 and QJRP-400/1140 respectively.The excellent performance can meet the complex working conditions.The software program of the system is designed with the idea of modularization,and each function is realized by subprograms,and each subprogram can be called and run when the main program is running.The monitoring system is applied to the engineering practice of the scraper conveyor.After three months of operation,it is found that good results have been achieved,the operation stability of the equipment has been significantly improved,and good safety and economic benefits have been created.
