浅埋下穿高速公路黄土隧道管棚变形监测及受力研究 被引量:1

摘要 为充分探讨浅埋下穿高速公路隧道内管棚的受力机制,对隧道进入下穿高速公路前的管棚纵联方向上的形变进行监测研究。通过对管棚在隧道开挖过程中的受力特性和作用机制进行分析,建立了浅埋下穿高速公路的隧道管棚下双参数地基梁受力模型。研究结果表明,隧道管棚内纵联方向的形变大致呈凹槽分布,且在工作面处隧道管棚的受力最大。此外,管棚形变与开挖面位置、开挖进尺、管棚和岩体物理指标等因素紧密关联。研究结果为隧道下管棚的设计优化提供相应的理论依据。 In order to fully explore the stress mechanism of the inner pipe roof of the shallow tunnel underneath the expressway,this paper monitored the deformation of the longitudinal direction of the pipe roof before the tunnel enters the underpass expressway.Through the analysis of the force characteristics and mechanism of the pipe roof during tunnel excavation,a two-parameter force model of the foundation beam under the pipe roof of a shallow tunnel passing through the expressway was established.The research results showed that the deformation in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel tube shed is roughly distributed in grooves,and the tunnel tube shed bears the greatest force at the tunnel face.In addition,the deformation of the pipe shed is closely related to factors such as the location of the excavation surface,the length of the excavation,the pipe shed and the physical indicators of the rock mass.The research results of this paper provide corresponding theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the pipe shed under the tunnel.
