摘要
在牧区,隔代陪读已经成为一种较为普遍的社会现象,逐渐受到多方关注。文章综合利用问卷调查法和半结构式访谈法,对牧区隔代陪读群体所面临的困境进行了调研,结果显示牧区隔代陪读群体普遍面临生活压力加大与教育问题突出两大核心困境。在调研基础上,从社会空间视角出发,将该群体所面临的生活和教育困境归因于生活空间被迫变化、沟通空间交互有限与社会支持空间基础薄弱。基于此从社会工作专业角度提出了倡导群体照顾政策、拓展主体间沟通渠道、链接社会支持资源等方式来提升牧区隔代陪读群体的生活质量。
Accompaniment by grandparents in pastoral areas has become a common social phenomenon which has gradually attracted more attention.The article investigates the life dilemmas faced by the pastoral inter-generational accompaniment group by using a combination of questionnaires and semi-structured interviews,and the results show that the group of pastoral accompaniment by grandparents generally faced two core dilemmas:increasing life pressure and prominent educational problems.From the perspective of social space,we attribute the living and educational difficulties faced by this group to the forced changes in living space,the limited interaction of communication space and weak foundation of social support space.From the perspective of the social work,it is proposed that the quality of life of the pastoral inter-generational accompaniment group can be improved by advocating group care policies,expanding inter-subject communication channels,and linking social support resources.
