水刺生产线梳理机工作辊转速的设计分析与应用

Analysis and Application of Working Roll Speed of Carding Machine in Spunlaced Production Line

文章通过设计梳理机工作辊的不同转速,分析其对纤维混合度、梳理成网均匀度、产品布面风格的影响,研究其对产品质量的影响,以及工作辊转速设计在实际生产中的应用情况。试验结果表明:主锡林速度不变,工作辊转速越高,纤维混合效果越好,但分梳能力弱,网面会出现云斑、棉结,影响产品质量。

The influence of different rotating speeds of carding machine work rolls on fiber mixing degree,carding web uniformity and cloth style were analyzed in this paper.The influence of these factors on product quality and the application of different working roll speeds in actual production were studied.The test results show that when the speed of the main cylinder is constant and the rotating speed of the work roll is increased,the fiber mixing effect will be better,but the carding ability will decrease,and cloud spots and neps will appear on the cloth surface,which will affect the product quality.
