腰痹通胶囊联合经皮射频热凝消融术对椎间盘源性腰痛患者疗效及炎症因子的影响

Effect of Yaobitong capsule combined with percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation ablation on the efficacy and inflammatory factors of patients with discogenic low back pain

目的:探讨腰痹通胶囊联合经皮射频热凝消融术对椎间盘源性腰痛(DLBP)患者疗效及炎症因子的影响。方法:选择我院2019年2月至2020年8月收治的DLBP患者88例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,各44例。对照组行经皮射频热凝消融术治疗,研究组在此基础上口服腰痹通胶囊治疗。治疗4周后,对比2组临床疗效、疼痛程度、腰椎功能、炎症因子及不良反应。结果:与对照组比较,研究组治疗优良率较高(P<0.05);研究组治疗后视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于照组,日本骨科协会(JOA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论:腰痹通胶囊联合经皮射频热凝消融术治疗DLBP可提高临床疗效,减轻疼痛程度,降低炎症反应,利于改善腰椎功能,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect ofYaobitong capsule combined with percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation ablation on the efficacy and inflammatory factors of patients with discogenic low back pain(DLBP).Methods:A total of 88 patients with DLBP admitted in our hospital from Feb 2019 to Aug 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation ablation.On this basis,the observation group was also treated with Yaobitong capsule.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,pain degree,lumbar function,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower and the Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)score of the observation group was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factorα,C-reactive protein in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:Yaobitong capsule combined with percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation ablation can improve the clinical efficacy,relieve pain,reduce inflammatory reaction,and improve lumbar function,with high safety.
