深度水解配方奶粉对牛奶蛋白过敏患儿发育、营养状况及便常规的影响 被引量:2

Effects of deep hydrolyzed formula milk powder on development,nutritional status and stool routine in infants with milk protein allergy

摘要 目的:观察深度水解配方奶粉对牛奶蛋白过敏患儿发育、营养状况及便常规的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2021年2月在我院出生并诊断为牛奶蛋白过敏患儿40例设为水解配方组;同时选取我院正常分娩且无过敏的婴儿40例作为对照组。对照组给予新生儿全母乳喂养或混合喂养(全母乳量>80%),水解配方组给予新生儿深度水解配方奶粉替代喂养,观察2组喂养2个月后过敏发生率、体重、身长、头围及血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、前白蛋白(PA)、血清铁蛋白(SF)等生化营养指标变化;比较2组便常规红细胞、白细胞及脓细胞检出情况。结果:水解配方组过敏发生率、体重、身长、头围及血清TG、TC、PA、SF水平、便常规异常率与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:深度水解配方奶粉可以满足对牛奶蛋白过敏婴儿2个月龄内的营养需求,并且过敏反应发生率与母乳喂养无明显差异,降低高过敏风险婴儿发生牛奶蛋白过敏的风险。 Objective:To investigate the effects of deep hydrolyzed formula milk powder on the development,nutritional status and stool routine in infants with milk protein allergy.Methods:Forty infants born in our hospital from Jan 2018 to Feb 2021 and diagnosed with milk protein allergy were selected as the hydrolyzed formula group.At the same time,40 infants of normal delivery without allergy were selected as the control group.The control group was given full breast-feeding or mixed feeding(the amount of breast milk>80%),and the hydrolyzed formula group was given deep hydrolyzed formula milk powder.The incidence of allergy,body weight,body length,head circumference,serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),prealbumin(PA)and serum ferritin(SF)were observed in the two groups after two months of feeding.The detection of red blood cell,white blood cell and pus cell in stool routine were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant difference in the incidence of allergy,body weight,body length,head circumference,serum levels of TG,TC,PA,SF and abnormal rate of stool routine between the hydrolyzed formula group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Deep hydrolyzed formula milk powder can meet the nutritional needs of infants with milk protein allergy within 2 months of age,and the incidence of allergic reaction is not significantly different from that of breast-feeding,which reduces the risk of milk protein allergy in infants with high allergy risk.
