急性胰腺炎患者焦虑状况的影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of anxiety in patients with acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨急性胰腺炎(AP)患者焦虑状况的影响因素。方法:采用整群抽样方式选择2020年1月至2021年5月我院收治的148例AP患者为研究对象。应用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估入组患者是否发生焦虑,分析AP患者焦虑状况的相关影响因素。结果:148例AP患者SAS评分为(49.32±2.14)分,其中发生焦虑30例(20.27%);单因素分析显示,年龄、性别、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、医疗费用支付方式、应对方式与AP患者发生焦虑有关(P<0.05);婚姻状况、职业、居住地与AP患者发生焦虑无关(P>0.05);多因素分析显示,年龄31~50岁(OR=4.650,95%CI:1.932~11.190)、女(OR=5.578,95%CI:2.291~13.584)、文化程度高中及以下(OR=2.765,95%CI:1.169~6.540)、家庭人均月收入<3000元(OR=3.619,95%CI:1.551~8.446)、医疗费用自费(OR=4.031,95%CI:1.748~9.297)、屈服或回避应对(OR=3.368,95%CI:1.474~7.697)是影响AP患者发生焦虑的高危因素(P<0.05)。结论:AP患者发生焦虑受年龄、性别、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、医疗费用支付方式、应对方式等多种因素影响,针对各因素实施相应护理干预,有助于改善患者心理状态。

Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of anxiety in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods:A cluster sampling method was used to select 148 AP patients admitted to our hospital from Jan 2020 to May 2021 as the research objects.The Zung Anxiety Self-Rating Scale(SAS)was used to assess whether the enrolled patients had anxiety.And influencing factors of anxiety in AP patients were analyzed.Results:The SAS score of 148 patients with AP was(49.32±2.14),and 30 cases(20.27%)developed anxiety.Univariable analysis showed that age,gender,education level,family per capita monthly income,medical expenses payment method,coping style was correlated with the anxiety of AP patients(P<0.05).The marital status,occupation,and residence were not related to the anxiety of AP patients(P>0.05).Multivariable analysis showed that 31-50 years old(OR=4.650,95%CI:1.932-11.190),female(OR=5.578,95%CI:2.291-13.584),high school education and below(OR=2.765,95%CI:1.169-6.540),family per capita monthly income<3000(OR=3.619,95%CI:1.551-8.446),self-financed medical expenses(OR=4.031,95%CI:1.748-9.297),submission or avoidance coping(OR=3.368,95%CI:1.474-7.697)were high-risk factors for anxiety in AP patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:The anxiety of AP patients is affected by many factors such as age,gender,education level,family per capita monthly income,medical expenses payment methods,and coping style.The implementation of corresponding nursing interventions for each factor is helpful to improve the psychological state of patients.
