课程思政背景下高职护理综合实训项目化课程的构建与应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨课程思政背景下高职护理综合实训项目化课程的应用效果。方法:选取某校2019级护理2个班107人为研究对象,随机选取1个班为观察组(52人),1个班为对照组(55人),对照组采取传统教学模式,观察组采取课程思政融入的项目化教学模式,学期结束后通过多站式技能考试、护士人文关怀品质调查问卷、护理综合实训教学效果评价表进行评价。结果:观察组护生的技能考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组护生人文关怀品质调查问卷得分在理念、知识、能力、感知4个方面及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组护生教学效果评价明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:课程思政背景下高职护理综合实训项目化课程能有效培养高职护生的临床思维能力、技能水平和人文关怀品质,获得高职护生较高的评价。 Objective:To explore the application effect of project-based course of"Comprehensive Nursing Training"in higher vocational students under the background of curriculum ideology and politics.Methods:Two nursing classes of a higher vocational college in grade 2019 were selected as the research objects,one class was randomly selected as the observation group(n=52)and the other as the control group(n=55).The control group received the traditional teaching mode and the observation group received project-based teaching mode with the integration of ideological and political education.At the end of the semester,the nursing students were evaluated by multi-station skill examination,questionnaire of humanistic care quality,and questionnaire of teaching effect evaluation of comprehensive nursing training.Results:The scores of multiple skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of humanistic care quality questionnaire in concept,knowledge,ability and perception and the total scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).And the teaching effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Through the integration of ideological and political education,the project-based course of"Comprehensive Nursing Training"in higher vocational colleges can effectively cultivate the clinical thinking ability,skill level and humanistic care quality of nursing students,and obtain higher evaluation of nursing students.
