摘要
目的探索特发性矮小症患儿的有效治疗方法,研究生长激素治疗对患儿血清胰岛素样生长因子1(serum growth factor 1,IGF-1)、生长激素释放肽(growth hormone releasing peptide,Ghrelin)、体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)的影响。方法选取2020年1—12月本院收治的62例特发性矮小症患儿作为研究对象,对患者随机数字表法实施分组研究,其中对照组31例患儿,实施常规的营养治疗的方式,研究组31例患儿实施生长激素治疗的方式,对治疗效果进行分析比较。结果研究组患儿的生活质量指标评分高于对照组,且BMI低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿血清IGF-1指标比对照组高,生长速率(growth rate,GV)和身高比对照组高,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗特发性矮小症患儿采用生长激素治疗,可以有效地促进患儿的生长,临床值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the effective treatment methods for children with idiopathic short stature,and to study the effect of growth hormone therapy on serum growth factor 1(IGF-1),growth hormone releasing peptide(Ghrelin)and body mass index(BMI)in the children.Methods A total of 62 children with idiopathic short stature treated in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research object.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method.Among them,31 children in the control group were treated with routine nutritional treatment and 31 children in the study group were treated with growth hormone.The treatment effects were analyzed and compared.Results The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the BMI in the study group was lower than that of the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The serum IGF-1 was higher than that in the control group,and the growth rate(GV)and height were higher than those in the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of children with idiopathic short stature with growth hormone treatment can effectively promote the growth of children,safe and effective,which is worthy of popularization in clinic.
