Objective To analyze the value of total knee arthroplasty(TKA)in improving the quality of life of patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 420 patients with knee osteoarthritis who attended the joint outpatient clinic and orthopedic hospitalization in Taian hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research object, and the patients were divided into three groups according to different treatment methods,140 cases in group A,group B and group C.Group A underwent arthroplasty, group B underwent arthroscopy, and group C underwent non-surgical treatment.Compare the quality of life scores of the three groups of patients. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores of the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the quality of life scores of the patients in group A were significantly higher than those in groups B and C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of patients with knee arthritis can effectively improve the quality of life of patients. It is recommended to apply it in clinical practice.
