国内公共卫生视角下健康素养研究进展

Research Progress of Health Literacy From the Perspective of Public Health in China

现阶段,我国已进入老龄化社会,高血压糖尿病等慢性病越来越突出,人们的医疗卫生支出越来越高,要高度重视“预防为主,防治结合”,要采取一切手段提升城乡人群健康素养来提高人们的健康幸福指数。最近几年国内居民健康素养的研究越发受到学者的关注,相关调查与研究开展了很多,虽然国内有关健康素养的研究要晚于国外,其研究也较局限,但在研究分类上,国内外均分为:临床视角和公共卫生视角。本文通过检索国内研究比较多的公共卫生视角出发,分别从国内健康素养的发展、公共卫生视角下健康素养研究的现状和影响因素进行概述,最后阐明国内公共卫生视角下健康素养的研究方向,为其他学者的研究提供参考借鉴。

At this stage,China has entered an aging society,chronic non communicable diseases are becoming more and more prominent,and the economic burden of diseases is serious.We should attach great importance to"prevention first,combination of prevention and treatment",and improving residents’health literacy is the most powerful measure to prevent diseases.In recent years,people have paid more and more attention to the status of residents’health literacy,and relevant investigations and research have been carried out gradually.Although the research on health literacy in China is later than that in foreign countries,and its research is also limited,in terms of research classification,both at home and abroad are divided into:clinical perspective and public health perspective.Starting from the public health perspective with more domestic research,this paper summarizes the development of domestic health literacy,the research status of public health perspective and the influencing factors of health literacy,and finally expounds the research direction of health literacy from the perspective of domestic public health,hoping to provide reference for further research.
