渤海油田井口平台无人化改造分析

Analysis on Unmanned Modification of Wellhead Platform in Bohai Oilfield

渤海油田已建多座有人值守井口平台,为进一步降低生产运营成本,提高平台自动化水平和生产管理效率,需要对部分有人值守井口平台进行无人化改造。在改造过程中,应尽量减少改造工作量和改造费用,结合平台生产操作现状,考虑通过改造实现远程监测和操作,满足平台无人值守的生产和操作要求,降低操作成本。

Several manned wellhead platforms have been built in Bohai oilfield.In order to further reduce production and operation costs,improve platform automation level and production management efficiency,some manned wellhead platforms need to be transformed into unmanned platforms.In the modification,the modification workload and cost should be reduced as much as possible.Combined with the current situation of platform production and operation,it is considered to realize remote monitoring and operation through modification,so as to meet the requirements of unattended production and operation of the platform and reduce the operation cost.
