大尺寸长裸眼井段钻井液工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着川渝地区不断向深部地层勘探,纵向地质构造复杂和多压力系统存在以及裸眼井段的不断延伸,导致大尺寸长裸眼井段的钻井难度越来越高。针对该地区大尺寸长裸眼井段钻井过程中存在的钻井液维护难度大、渗漏损失严重、黏附卡钻风险高等问题,通过优化钻井液抗污染能力,合理设计流变参数,配合针对性的钻井液分层维护处理技术,较好地解决了该区块311.2mm井眼以上尺寸长裸眼井段的钻井难题,形成了一套适合该区块大尺寸长裸眼井段的钻井液施工工艺。 With the continuous exploration of deep strata in Sichuan and Chongqing,the complexity of longitudinal geological structure,the existence of multiple pressure systems and the continuous extension of open hole sections have made it increasingly difficult to drill large-scale and long open hole sections.In view of the problems existing in the drilling process of large-scale and long open hole sections in this area,such as difficult maintenance of drilling fluid,serious leakage loss and high risk of sticking and sticking.By optimizing the anti pollution ability of drilling fluid,reasonably designing rheological parameters,and cooperating with targeted layered maintenance and treatment technology of drilling fluid.The drilling problem of the long open hole section with the size of more than 311.2mm borehole in this block is well solved,and a set of drilling fluid construction technology suitable for the large-sized long open hole section in this block is formed.
