DCS在戊烷精分装置中的应用

摘要 戊烷精分装置具有生产流程长、滞后大、影响因素多等特点,精馏塔的稳定控制难度大,采用集散控制系统(DCS)能显著提升戊烷精分装置运行的平稳性。为此,系统介绍DCS的特点、功能及选型,探讨了DCS在戊烷精分装置中的应用效果,对于提升装置运行稳定性、降低戊烷生产成本、提升企业经济效益具有重要意义。 The pentane fine separation unit has the characteristics of long production process,large lag and many influencing factors.The stability control of the distillation column is difficult.The DCS distributed control system can significantly improve the stability of the pentane fine separation unit.Therefore,this paper systematically introduces the characteristics,functions and type selection of DCS distributed control system,and discusses the application effect of DCS distributed control system in pentane fine separation unit,which is of great significance for improving the operation stability of the unit,reducing the production cost of pentane and improving the economic benefits of enterprises.
