在化工生产过程之中,由于需要接触到非常多的化学物质,因此有关设备管道的防腐问题一直是化工生产过程之中的重点。尤其是在沿海地区空气湿度相对更高,在这样的环境之下管道被腐蚀的情况也更加容易出现,因此在防腐问题上也应当更加引起重视,基于此,当前的化工设备管道防腐问题显得格外突出,对于防腐技术的优化也迫在眉睫。针对当前化工企业设备金属管道的锈蚀情况进行了初步的了解,并对当前的情况进行了总体分析,针对性地提出了一些相关建议,以提高沿海化工企业应对金属管道锈蚀的能力。

In the process of chemical production,due to the need to contact a lot of chemical substances in the production environment,the anti-corrosion problem of equipment pipelines has always been the focus of the chemical production process.Especially in coastal areas where the air humidity is relatively high,the situation of pipeline corrosion is more likely to occur in such an environment.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the problem of corrosion protection.The current problem of corrosion protection of chemical equipment pipelines is particularly prominent.The optimization of anti-corrosion technology is also imminent.In this paper,a preliminary understanding of the current corrosion situation of metal pipelines in chemical enterprises is carried out,and an overall analysis of the current situation is carried out on the basis of the actual understanding,and some relevant suggestions are put forward in a targeted manner.Promote coastal chemical enterprises to improve their ability to deal with corrosion of metal pipelines.
