摘要
为了进一步提高废水处理水平,保证医药产品生产的规范性和合理性,提出一套行之有效的含异戊醇、乙醇废水精馏分离处理方案。利用AspenPlus过程模拟软件模拟优化精馏系统,同时,精确地预测和对比三种不同的物性模型。结合模拟分析相关理论知识,计算出理论板数为14,并采用模拟分析法,确定出进料位置与蒸发量两者之间的关系。通过对三元相图中各个流股的当前位置,发现塔顶出现分相现象。
In order to further improve the level of wastewater treatment and ensure the standardization and rationality of the production of pharmaceutical products,an effective rectification and separation treatment plan for wastewater containing isoamyl alcohol and ethanol is proposed.By using AspenPlus process simulation software,the rectification system was simulated and optimized,and at the same time,three different physical property models were accurately predicted and compared.Combined with the theoretical knowledge of simulation analysis,the number of theoretical plates is calculated to be 14,and the simulation analysis method is used to determine the relationship between the position of the feed and the evaporation.Through the current position of each stream in the ternary phase diagram,it is found that there is a phase separation phenomenon at the top of the tower.
